Does anybody find this a useful way to spend bonus tokens?

yes, especially your top 4 atts (the ones you multi train longest)

myself I like to 3 star enhance the 3 attributes I unlock early on in my build(get them 3 star'd asap)
I usually 2 star the 1st attribute I put in the free slot of 4 way multi training, 1 star the second attribute I use there and no enhance anything else I ever put there

Absolutely. I 3 star my top 3 attributes and 2 star my 4th attribute and 1 star stamina.

Or 3 star your top 3, triple train until lvl 22, then switch to quad, and 5 star your 4th. Looks like this. http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=4264363

You can always go extreme, and 4 star your top 3, and only triple train your whole career. That ends up something like this. http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=3149200

As you can see, there's lots of opinions on specifically how to use Enhanced Training, but short answer, yes. In fact, it's one of the best things you can spend Bonus Tokens on... IF you do so wisely.

Of the methods people have given so far, I personally prefer this approach ^^. But as you can see Baustin listed some alternative methods that produced nice dots imo.

Just don't 3 star every attribute or something insane like that lol.
