don't have a link... but I was watching a few Sims... and when the QB is passing and the ball is tipped at the line... No one except the defense goes for the ball... The ball was tipped at the line right to the RB and he kept running on his Streak. and the LB Almost picked it off.

Only the offensive intended target is able to catch tipped balls, but any defender can, probably working as intended

Based on all that they've said, GLB1 isn't going away. I'm hopeful that once GLB2 is in a more complete state they'll circle back and make some improvements to GLB1. No way to know for sure until they turn GLB1 off or they re-dedicate resources to this game. Asking a question definitely doesn't hurt.
