How do you build a WL (yes/yes) dot?

A good O-line goes a long way.

But you would think if you build a Center with an EL of 84, they would be WL caliber

sp value and actual value are 2 entirely different things.

One would have to build a pretty shitty C to have a high EL. Like high confidence and shit.
