Pretty sure his point was to point out the lol of the HOF the way it is setup. Unlike LHF, (until now) he really hadn't gone around bragging about being great every chance he got. Even now I think it is more to point out the lol rather than bragging.

Yeah, there's a huge problem with the weighting of casual in the HoF. The preponderance of dots in the HoF that come from casual, but don't even have great stats has always been a huge problem.

I don't think it is necessarily casual as I see stat whoring teams in regular too. Whether he did this in Casual Reg Pro #4 or Regular Reg Pro #4, the result would have been the same. Not a casual thing as much as a "not playing anyone but un-boosted or CPU teams" thing

BTW, yes I QB ran 100% of the time but it was part of a winning strategy. My team won silver rookie #1 and prep competitive #2 (went 16-0 too). I even took 3rd place in the National Minors tournament.
