I'd like to be able to have my pass rushers, and blitzers, attack the line of scrimmage in a specific direction. I'd like to be able to do stunts or have a lineman plug up a specific whole that the offense likes to try to run through often.

It could simply be left, right, or straight.... but allow a little flexibility and creativity.

A lot of the flexibility was taken away because Bort couldn't balance the blocking interactions so unfortunately this is what is left.

No. Bugs. Lotsa bugs. It took quite a while to get most of the pathing bugs taken care of (and some would say there's still issues there)... which is why there is, and never will be, offensive play building and stuff like that. We don't really wanna go back to the stone age again.
