If a SA says something specific to a position like Blitz does the SA only work for that position? What I mean is, Blitz says it makes the CB an excellent blitzer so is this SA meant for CBs mainly
Blitz works for any defensive dot that starts the play within 6 yards of the LOS.

The only time the position applies is when it states in the description "while playing x position"
SAs like Line General are the only real concerns you should have.
