What all can you spend your teams flex point on? Besides scrimmage games..

Is that it? You cant use them to extend years for your team? and how do you get more for your team if you spend them all?

This is the time frame in which you won't take a chemistry hit for adding or dropping players. On the right of your name you'll see an Overall, Offense, and Defense numbers and bars.
