Seriously, for a football site, its embarrassing some of the poor logic that is used
I suggest some one with a good mind for football go through and set up proper Time out usage at the end of half and end of games.
The biggest thing that needs to be fixed is when to kick a FG on a running clock at the very end. In the AI you can choose what time to add this option (example: 25 seconds or less) but it will kick it at anytime in between there and :01. There is not an option in the AI to be more specific, so the game AI needs to take care of this.
Other situations that don't make sense include calling time out with 1:45 to go inside the 10. Why make sure there is time to give the ball back?
The plays themselves shouldn't be separated by more than 25 seconds in the 2 minute drill, and the avg NFL/College team shoots for 15 seconds.
The logic isn't that far off, but there are specific fixes like these and a few others which could greatly enhance the game, and this applies for GLB1 & GLB2.
