If a player is sitting on 19 sp and one of their main attributes is capable should I cap it? Lets say the attribute is sitting on 29 (90% trained) should i cap? Is there a magic number of when you should cap if having the sp or keep training?

This is not correct. Don't want to mislead some new agents.

training at 29 is a little better than training at 48, I would train it to 31/90% before assigning SPs
just my 2 cents
I agree with this, better to train into the low 30's. Than cap earlier, getting a lot out of your training at that level. No need to cap before 31 and only if you will roll over with your next train once capped.

I presume this old school data is still reasonably accurate...
