Do mods check out minor league forums and stick/un-stick threads in the offseason or do the users have to PM mods to get old threads unsticked and new ones stickied?

Users should PM mods if they wish to have threads in league forums stuck/unstuck. While a lot of the mods do it naturally through their participation in their personal league forums, a PM solves everything.
We have no set process of sitting down and going through every single league forum at once to sticky/unsticky.
