How high do you bring strength for a passing QB? A scrambler? And why?

Link

I think most would argue 90-100 (pocket vs deep passer)

it helps to add distance to throws, or to break tackles if you're a scrambler.

ETA: my current QB is the first I've built and I only took strength up to 79.xx (I didn't train the most effectively, or prioritize my skills the best)
and I wish I had taken it to at least 90, instead of pumping confidence so much.

Yes... but the #1 skill is throwing. Strength, agility, confidence... all of these contribute to the end result of the pass quality and % of completion (not to mention your receivers ability to catch the ball and your OC's ability to get the best plays in for you to succeed). Of those secondary 3 skills I mentioned (you could add speed for dropping back... carrying for not fumbling when sacked/rushing the ball....) Strength is generally the #2 skill for Deep Passing QB's. Confidence sometimes is the #2 for pocket passer builds. And when it's a scrambler, you'll probably attack strength much later in the build... after you pump up speed, agility, carrying, and throwing at the very least.

Confidence should never be the 2nd attribute for a QB.

this. And Imo strength between 85-90 will do just fine.

You like 85 str on a PP?

I'll pass. I'd rather see 3 95+ str/vis/thr on a DP, than all that (imo) unnecessary conf and low str on a PP.

Agree.

Throwing 1st
Strength or vision as the 2nd and 3rd depending on what you think is better
Agility 4th in my opinion.
Confidence 5th
Speed 6th.

My opinion.

There is definitely a huge drop off after throwing, vision, strength. That much everyone can agree on.

I'd probably still do confidence 4th but, it's probably mid 60s to low 70s, compared to throwing which you want in the triple digits, and strength/vision which you want in the 90s or higher.

after all that if you can do speed agility and stam into the 60s you'll be rocking
