I know, I know - noob question that comes up at the end of every regular season. I still don't have the hang of the Age vs Lvl stuff.

I am helping a guy out by GMing for him- OC. It's casual and we want to start filling the roster in with Rookie dots, but we have to wait for admin to bump us down to Rook from Prep.

At Rookie Level, do the dots have to be D0? I swear to God I will never ask this again and will wear a silly "LE" Dotball T-Shirt to work for asking.

Yes, all dots have to be Day 0 to be on a new Rookie team.
