Warrior General Games

This game has the worse staff I have ever seen in a business. Most of the mods have no clue what they are doing. They lock every thread I make without cause, yet let some guy I don't know and have never done anything to constantly harass and call me names without them even batting an eye. Discussions are clearly not allowed.

On the admin side there is an admin which has blatantly lied to me twice. There seems to be no one holding anyone responsible and zero accountability for clear incompetence.

I have spent a ton of money on this game and they have just thrown in the towel as far as fixing anything or making things better.

I know I am no one to them. Nothing. Nada. How many more do they have to lose before they rethink things? Before they hold staff accountable?

I have paid way to much to play a game just to watch little moving dots move around a little rectangle. Yet I am not permitted to have a voice? Pretty soon there will just be a handful good ol boys left with nothing to lock and no one to harass. Have fun with that.

Anyone still believe "GLB still care their customer" ?

If you have paid even a little attention over the years, you know that there are those that value their customer base, and those that do not. We probably will never know the behind the scenes ethics here on accountability. I know one Admin has not forwarded my concerns above their head. After a while you know who really cares and who does not. If you want your best shot at your concerns addressed, Contact Catch22. He always tries to do the best for the user base, but he is limited to what he can do with forum harassment and mod behavior for some reason.

Splitting hairs, man. Mods have specific duties and are compensated for performing them. If they're not "staff," they're still pretty close to it.

Yeah, moderators are representatives of the game and often bad ones at that. Look at McBriar, a lead moderator, telling a poster to bug a user with PMs for information. This is what you get when people with absolutely no business background whatsoever stumble ass backwards into something successful. Kudos to Bort for having a good idea and building upon it, but this site should have been sold to a company that knew what it was doing. Instead you've got a one-man coding operation with no help, a guy in charge of moderation who takes extended vacations, and only one admin/support member who wasn't chosen for personal reasons. I don't really blame Bort. One man can only do so much. The people around him have probably discouraged him from bringing in more outside help in order to mooch off of his work.

Out of experience, they do not have the worse staff I have ever seen in any business, I am not just saying that either, I have work for some very incompetent asshats. Sometimes it made me wonder how these people got up in the morning and walked out the door without running into it a few hundred times.

GLB is actually pretty good for a one owner business, and his first business mind you, how many one owner businesses can you say reach out and serve to millions of people on a daily bases for five years? Not many.

That being said, mods are the best of the people that applied for the position, well the best that whoever picked him felt at the time, people lie in interviews face to face, it way too fucking easy to do it on the internet.

There are only a hand few of people on staff, Bort, DD, Pallow, Catch22 is on Borts staff (just kidding old buddy) EllisBell, Euchrid, Max Zorin, Rick Blaine, Bozkg21, Jim Rockford, and two or three others are the whole make up of the "staff"

The guy got people to spend money on a computer generated dot that moves around on a computer generated football field, he can't be that fucking stupid.

If only. Then again, when the people actually paid were chosen for personal reasons then it makes sense that everyone else gets chosen based on things other than competence as well.
