Pnck- act of pancaking
Pnckd- act of getting pancaked
RevPnck- act of reverse pancaking
RevPnkd- act of getteing reverse pancaked

Pnck - when your OT knocks a DE on his butt
Pnkd - When your DE gets put on his butt

RevPnck - When your DE puts an OT on his butt
RevPnkd - When your OT gets put on his butt

Was listing 2 specific positions to make it easier to understand.

Obviously those positions can be interchanged with any dot on the same side of the field.

Pnck - when your OT blocks Brenda Song
Pnkd - any D dot who faces a LHF blocking TE

RevPnck - When your DT faces any Hedgehog OG
RevPnkd - This only happens in reg PRO
