Warrior General Games

My roster is pretty much made up of guys that don't get offers from anywhere else, and so I have guys with levels ranging from 25-38, which is pretty ridiculous, but I still don't have a full roster.

So if I get an accepted offer for a guy that's level 25 or so, is it even worth it to start him, or should I leave the cpu, since the cpu will probably be leveled higher than that...? Most of my guys are in the 30's..

This.

Even an under-leveled or under-aged human dot is still usually going to perform better than a CPU dot. Plus you want to keep human agents happy... not just that agent, but also the other human agents on your team as well. If people see you're starting CPUs over humans, they're going to think twice about playing for you.
