I have a team in Rookie Causal #4 after the season is over do I move up to a higher level league? Or do I stay in the same league. I would like to know so I can redo a few contracts to keep certain players I played this a few years back but I totally forgot how that part works....

You move up to the next league level. Thus, you can extend your current players if you like them, as they will be able to play in the new league.

One thing to remember, if you re-do your contracts before day 40 (while your players are still on the team) you need to give them 2 season contracts. This is because you are giving them a new contract that would finish out this season and then the next season (thus 2 seasons)
If you have new people they may not understand this, so just explain it to them, or refer them to this post.
When you send the contract it will also tell you the season/day when it ends so it's another way to confirm you are doing it right.

I have a question kind of related to this too...
I noticed many players, the good ones atleast, are signed for the long term on teams that go up in league every season.. I think.
The next tier of good players would go to teams that dominate their league which strong coordinators and experience.. I think.
A team without coordinators needs a strong team to attract coordinators... so I have a lot to do once this season ends.
Should I begin recruiting players first, targeting which demographic of player/agent? Whatever I can get?
Is it normal for Uni league teams to accept commitments or should I just... go after em. Thanks for considerations of the questions

Your recruiting efforts should run from day -8 to day 48. Every time I make a post in the forums I'm recruiting.
