I agree. So there's a limit? Why? Is it just because the game coders are too lazy to bother coding all the SAs in for every position? They have this thing now, it's called copy & paste...

This. I've seen a DE that ripped it up on returns and he didn't have RS SA, but man, he could run you over or go around you, didn't care...

Given that each position has a specific list of which bonus SAs it can and can't get, it was clearly a strategic decision.

Laziness is a lulzy assumption.
