Honestly GLB is turning more and more into a ghost town -_- Liven this puppy up by putting in a flex point lottery....

If you log in 5 points goes in the flex lottery. Of course it only works once a day, so lets say you sign in monday-friday 25 flex points are put into the bank. Friday night at 12 at rollover a "random active participant" is selected and gets the flex points.

It's virtual money; and less people are buying flex... Plus I mean I'm sure it would get a few more active people... Food for thought*

You realize the chances of actually being the winner? Very slim, so it's not like you are getting 3,400 flex points every time you log on...

If 200 people sign in 5 times a week that's 5,000 flex... Do the math; it could get pretty big the jackpot.
FTR you aren't paying anything to put into the lottery GLB automatically donates 5 flex if you log in one time a day...

I"ve read something once about gambling laws preventing this kind of idea.

There's a site called d2jsp.com, it's a forum based site that created a currency (Forum Gold) so that users could spend real money to have something to trade for in game.

They have an hourly lottery. You can buy as many tickets as you like (5FG each) and if your numbers match, you win.

you can pick from numbers 1-36 (you pick 3 numbers per ticket) and win according to however many you can match.

I think something like this would be pretty cool. as I'm sure people would end up gambling a fair bit and thus need to buy more flex.

There is no gambling at all involved. No real money is required, and it's free.
