So for a rookie player in his first season, when do you start multi training? I have his main attribute capped once (speed), is now time or how should I do this? Do I multi train speed and agility until I have points to get agility to 30% or what should I do. I have been here for a long time and still dont know how to build a player. Most build guides leave me with more questions after reading so please answer in laymen terms

I'll actually intense train my primary for a good while before switching to 4-way multi-training. Depends on how high I'm trying to push that initial attribute.
68 is a commonly recommended switch point.

I make the switch:
a) when it makes sense;
b) when I've unlocked all the multis I plan to start with; and
c) when the attributes I plan to train have been enhanced.
Sometimes I will triple train instead of quad train. 14 training sessions at quad train in a season vs. almost 19 sessions at triple train. Plus, you are training more often, so you get the training sessions in before the ALGs.
This is mostly what I do when I'm really pushing 2-3 abilities, like on a 3 Major Build or on a build like a bulldog PHB (strength, carrying, speed).

Agree with those 2 more than your first. A little math will help you know exactly how many BT's you need to reach your goals (IMO, at least 3 stars of enhancement in all 3 or 4 skills you plan on using with multi-training and the cost of opening 3 slots on your multi-training). Romo's number of 68 is pretty close to where you'll be when you've got enough BT's to accomplish all you need.
