Typical American. Only thinking how the change applies to themselves.

What if I Owned a peewee team with a bunch of newbies that don't know what to do,
and would like assistance every step of the way?

Allowing me to see their training %s provides a different depth of understand for me,
and without wasting time through PMs trying to find what should be common knowledge,
I can just tell them what to do and when.

my thoughts exactly. If someone wants to know the entire teams training %'s then build the entire team yourself.

If you try to micromanage down to that level you will be burnt out in a month.
