Everyone knows that it's almost impossible to find a C, blocking FB etc, at any given lvl...yet you can probably find a glut of WR's, HB's, QB's etc...
Why not give those unneeded dots the ability to change their position?
For instance, a team needs a C. They see that their are 22,553 HB's without a team. They contact the agent of the HB (or whatever position) (after day 40, up to day 48), and ask if he's willing to convert his dot to a C, or other team need.
This conversion can be made with 500 flex points that can be taken out of the team bank. That way, it gives everyone associated with the team the opportunity to contribute.
It fixes the position disparity, and generates revenue for Bort and Co.
It might sound radical, but if you've ever tried to find a much needed position to compete, it don't sound radical at all. It's a BIG win/win IMO.
