I am looking to take on a "student" to teach them the basics of being a Defensive Coordinator.

I have been DC'n for a good 20 seasons now, and I do not claim to be one of the best but I do know how the DAI's and DPC works. I am willing to help teach somebody interested in how to do the job of a Defensive Coordinator.

It would be a 2 season long "class"

Season 1 would be all the basics, and the "student" would be Assistant DC for this team http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=315 It is resetting back to rookie for S36, and will have a complete roster. The Head DC was the "student" in S35, and will remain the DC for S36

In the second season (S37) the assistant DC would move up and become the Head DC, we would continue on with the lessons and move into things above and beyond the basics.

In that first season the assistant DC's DAI would be used in scrimmages and possibly a couple of late regular season games, and then in his/her 2nd season (once becoming head DC) it would be all his DAI in the regular season and playoffs.

Rinse/repeat every season.(not the roster, the team would take on another Asst. DC each season, plan to take team as high as Pro)

Requirements for position:

1)Looking for someone with little to no knowledge of how the DAI's work in GLB. I prefer you to be raw and trust what I am trying to show you.

2) Must have patience. When asking me a question, give me half a day to respond. Do not go looking for answers somewhere else (like the FAQ) I have a system to my "teaching" method that I have now used 3 times and it succeeds when followed.

3) Be prepared to do the work. I am not going to build the plays or the DAI for you. It is much more rewarding when you do it yourself. I will only give outlines on what to do, and I want whomever I "teach" to develop their own style , not be a copy cat of my defenses (and I can't say that copying me would be any good anyways, like I said from start I do not claim to be one of the best DC's)

So that is it, those 3 simple requirements, and also you must be really interested and able to type in english to the point where we can communicate.

PM me if interested

MODS: Not sure if this belongs in PLFT or TLFP forum, so I am posting in both. Kindly lock if in wrong forum, thanks
