I suggest GLB Implement the "Player Tactic Sharing Option" this Off-Season. As a Coach, I'm getting tired of putting in so many hours and losing because of Tactics. If I could see them, I could make sure the Player with the correct Tactic Setting is in there more and the Player get rewarded for doing what his Coach asked. In any football, a Player freelancing usually loses PT. We need Coaches more than ever and the lack of seeing them is just going to make Agents get tired of spending so much time Scouting and Game Planning only to have if be all for nothing come Game Time. I can't believe we can share our Builds with Player's but can't let our Coaches see our Tactics. That's like a Coach not being able to watch his Player's in Practice all week and just starting them based on there Combine Scores....

But I just don't think you will see this happen.

this sort of option has always gotten a +1 from me. Bort seems to disagree with those of us who feel this way.

People spend good money on THEIR players.
They can do what they want with them.
If you want to see all the tactics, buy a team and roll up 55 players.

I can see your idea of the tactics sharing option. and I did +1 that.but seriously I think you are making the tactics thing alot more dramatic than it needs to be. I mean come on you make it sound like there are half the roster trying to screw you over or something. seriously how big of a difference is it going to make in a gameplan if a player isn't set exactly like what you want? I could see if the team all were set on relaxed or some other stupid crap. but having a O-line set to run blocking and you wanting pass blocking isn't going to make a huge difference.

and I will say there have been plenty of times that coordinators on teams I was on asked for certain settings that didn't make a ounce of sense. so I went with what I knew was better because it was clear the coordinators didn't know their ass from a hole in the ground. that is like having a LBer built as a FF player and some coordinator saying to play on wrap-up and negate the entire build.

Hmmm.... Going to stick with -1. Optional doesn't stay optional in GLB.

Even with the 'option' it won't stay that way as Myd pointed out. I could easily see dots being cut for not sharing tactics.

Well why didn't you ask more questions from your Coach before you Signed Hatch and if your whole Defense is Set to Aggressive Pass Rush and I run Screens the whole game, You will see a big difference Bro. I'm just trying to make 1 last suggestion because I like this Game but if it's not put in there soon, I will hang my cleats up for good. (Not trying to threaten GLB, just stating a fact) When we run out of Coaches, We'll see how many Agents keep making Dots for Teams that don't have Coaches.

I believe you promised to quit last time. Glad you didn't to be honest. But what makes today any different?

OCs as DCs aren't going to quit because they can't see player tactics.

For the most part, a good majority of the tactics are basic settings. If you can't trust the guys sounding off in the team forum to have set their players up how you've asked, you have mad trust issues.

Things are cookie cutter as it is as far as Builds, VA's, and Tactics. You don't feel sorry for a Dot that can't find a good Team because he doesn't have 150-160 in his main Attribute. And as far as being cut, IfI thought you wasn't set to what I asked, I would more than likely cut you anyway, This is about hurting the Team and wasting Coaches time, I don't see how you all don't see that? So what if it becomes a norm, Most Teams want to be able to see your Attributes or at least know them before they Sign you. Why are you not worried that a closed Build will not help you land a Team?

Because I have been waiting as long as I'm going to. I came back because I still had hope, 4 years of my time invested and Flex Points. They are down to about 5,000 and I don't mind leaving things the way they are right now.

Your not a Coach anyway so I don't expect to to understand the frustration that comes with this problem or even seeing that it is one....
