Say my guy is signed through Season 36, day 40. If I sign a 2 year extension, does it add two years on the end (so S36, D40) or does it erase current contract and sign him through S37 Day 40?

A 2 year extension, as of today - S35 D35 (

It counts this season as a full season, and isn't additive. It just replaces the current contract.

I have to explain this every season in my team forum after sending new contracts. There's always at least one person who doesn't want a 2 yr contract
