Most diving tackles are from behind though, and break tackle SA's don't work from behind so I don't particularly like hurdle, but that's just my opinion

Just looking at it because a back in EEPRO is getting 6 - 7 hurdles a game. A power back so that makes sense.
I think a powerback can make better use of hurdle than an elusive would. Mostly because a speedy back will get the majority of its diving tackles attempted on it from behind rendering hurdle useless
