Without counting endorsement the highest I've seen is 176 and his 2nd highest attribute was 103
I think old non-archetype centers, kickers and punters had some really high attribute numbers

KP has a QB with like >170 throwing.
and I remember some old WR named Colon Grifter, was fast as cheese,
definitely had atleast 170spd.
