Allow owners to mark two dots (one offensive and one defensive) with a Franchise tag that gives the dot a +2 attribute, 5% bonus, and an ability tree bonus.

It would go the duration that typical league endorsements do, but someone with a league endorsement cannot have the franchise tag at the same time and cannot hold the franchise endorsement two consecutive times.

Just a thought floating in my head.

you can already do something more or less along these lines as a promotion

Bobblehead Day
Fans receive free bobbleheads of a selected player. The player gains a +1% bonus to his attributes on game day.

Cost: $1,750,000.00
Morale Bonus: 5
Fan Support Bonus: All Fans + 1

I didn't even consider the bobblehead bonus. The suggestion wasn't even something that I put a whole lot of thought into.
