I'd say speed.

Vision doesn't seem so bad either. Split between vision and speed. It will help on pull blocks and will also help recognize blitzers.

Vision isn't that important because the guys they block aren't that far away.

Except for the fact that the OG's pull on certain plays and that they are typically the 1st guys responsible for picking up blitzers.

I've heard many times that vision is a very, very bad attribute for Gs. That they will do some crazy stuff when it comes to pass blocking. Is this true or are there people out there blowing smoke up people's asses?

Bort:
Well, poor vision G's will miss picking up blitzing LB's and such all the time, so probably not the greatest plan IMO.

EDIT: Still say Speed is #4, then Vision

Just spitballing, as Bort would say, but wouldn't your 2nd/3rd attributes on a G be quite similar in value?

Like on my OT, my 2nd and 3rd attributes will end at 93/90. Only a difference of 3 in strength and blocking.

Not sure 3 blocking/3 agility will produce a huge amount of difference in number of revpancakes.

Quotes a guy that trolls more people then helps to try to disprove me agreeing with others in this thread, then agrees with me.

Been here 5 years, never saw Bort say spitballing

You do realize that at most in a 4-3 there are five offensive lineman to 4 defensive lineman right? The guard is responsible for linebackers blitzing and safeties if they happen to. It may not be quite as important as speed, but it is important.

So you're agreeing with me also.
