- Human owned teams with more than 10 CPUs now have a penalty to CPU player strength for each CPU over 10 (up to 25% penalty)
I know this was put in place to reduce the # of teams grabbing "lolGold" in deserted leagues ... but really does anyone care about that?
What's more annoying is things like this:

There was a "put the brakes on" package replacing the normal O at +50 points, that just tried to pound the inside runs. It never really got a chance to slow anything down due to the 36 return TDs.
No one wants to see 400-0 games. Maybe pull the 75% effective up to 90% effective for the CPU squads or there abouts? That should be plenty enough for *any* reasonable human team to beat, without making the games *quite* SO ridiculous?
