I think it would be good for team consistency, and it would make a pyramid structure more realistic for rivalries and stuff.

I think we should just have pee wee absorbed into the rookie league, then owners can either select regular or casual to be moved into. or teams are sold back into (pee wee) rookie league.

Yeah, but that's because PW builders are building for the here and now as opposed to end game.

PeeWee is the answer to the missing piece of GLB. I've seen newbs come here and post about how long it takes to build dots and why isn't it faster. What they REALLY want is a game where you build new dots... play a season, build new dots... play a season, build new dots... play a season... ect, ect, ect. That's what PeeWee offers. A league for those minded people. What is MISSING from PeeWee is options that make it more attractive to those users. Like auto-recycle players... Easier interface with the packages and AI's... stuff like that.
When I first came to GLB, PeeWee was a rocking place where I got my feet wet. Highly competitive and Gold was hard to get to. Now it's a ghost town with more empty buildings than Detroit. You could contract or restructure... but you could also improve and enhance to bring back the players and entice the new ones.

PW should start with an extra 100 SP to each player. If selected as a PW, they get automatically retired on day 48. PW is still just too limited by the number of SPs available in one season.

Does everyone retire after peewee? Nobody moves on these days?
