Being a team owner I would love to have an audit trail to see what my GM's are doing. Just add a tab in the tactics labeled as such and it will list who did what at what time. Audit trails are used with many web based apps in which multiple people access certain areas. I think it would be a great addition. I would use it more as a "has this been done?" scenario without having to wait for a reply to a PM.

+1 to the OP, as well as a possible suggestion (if not already implemented) to track regular game AI usage in regular leagues like casual does now.
I'd fire myself as DC of my own team if I saw how few changes I've made over the past 3 seasons.

Edit - I say this as a joke...I actually see some value in the suggestion. Can you further define the scope of what you'd like to see audited?

I'm voting -1 mainly because of one thing. If you cannot trust those you directly hand responsibility to, then you are handing those responsibilities to the wrong people. As a team owner, I would not give authority to someone I didn't trust to do their job. It's important to know, trust, and believe in the people you surround yourself with and it's good for, not only the game... this interaction between people... , but for the people that play the game as well.
And, while you would would like to use it responsibly, there are those that would not and that would cause issues. Something we have plenty of around without needing more.

My main thing is we are at a point in this game where it's kind of died off as far as loyal user base goes. Most credible GM's are already with established teams. It's time let some of the "newer" guys come in and see what they can do. You want to make sure they aren't just getting the title and not scouting, making adjustments, etc..
This isn't about "spying" or checking up on anyone either. It's more about just keeping things more organized. Some teams not only have OC's & DC's but also have assist OC's & DC's right along with a head coach who can make changes when he wants. With active and successful teams you probably have 4 or 5 people at minimum checking to make sure things are in place. This is comparable in the corporate world to cloud base services, sharepoints, work flows, etc.... all which have audit trails.
It's something I would use and I'm sure there are more people who would find it useful as well
