Hello, I'm relatively new, and I'm noticing some quarterbacks who can get 400+ yards on the ground with 5 touchdowns a game. Wondering what attribute/skill do they put up?

Lot of speed and agility. Also a turrible DC on the opposing team.

Depends on the type. You don't need super high speed to be effective, just in the 80s plus equipment. It helps to have a build that can break tackles and/or fake defenders, so you'll want to get carrying up that high as well.

Agility/Strength/Carrying/Speed
Power Thru/Spin/Juke/Head Fake
Break Tackle %/Fake Chance %
Those 4 attributes/SA's along with those % pieces do most of the damage for a rushing QB. Built sort of like your typical power HB. I imagine that this outburst won't last too much longer though as GLB will work to tone down Goalline and Big I to the point where they aren't 90% of an OC's gameplan.

Speed, Agility, and Spin. You might also do well to try the deep passing QB archetype so Strength can be a major and make them into a power rusher by taking Power Through as the extra ability.
Also, looks like you've been a user for nearly 5 years now...I suppose if you're relatively new, I'm relatively newer! Interesting you've only just now made a player. Either way, nice to have you.
I further recommend not boosting at the start of your second season. That way, you'll end up with more experience in the end.

To further expand on this, you should probably work on Agility first in your build, NOT Speed. In the Scrambler QB Archetype, Agility is a Major, but Speed is only a Minor, so you'll want to pump Agility first, and use your Eq on Speed as jd said. Works pretty well, actually.

Eh, a turrible DC helps ANY offensive player, but I think there've been enough teams who have found success with rushing QBs that it's pretty clear that a team with a creative and clever offense can find success with a rushing QB even against good DCs. Of course, that's true of any other offense too.
If you get lazy with your offensive gameplan, any decent DC will shut you down. But again, that's true of any offense, not just ones with rushing QBs.

It isn't laziness so much as it is DPC limitations against GL and Big I.
I was talking about laziness by the OC, though, not the DC.
If an OC is lazy with his gameplan, any decent DC will be able to shut him down, regardless of the offensive system.

What I am saying though is it really is lazy OC planning. It is just that the DPC limitations make it so that even such laziness results in a couple big plays and often times results in many big plays if you have good enough builds blocking and running.
