I havent been on the site for a while. I left but my players kept developing, i look to becoming more active in the site now. My only question is that since i took such a long time off should i retire all my players and start over or what should i do?

Retire right now. Build a few players and get them on a team and get the hang of building and training again. At the end of the season retire and start over for real.
