He Polly won't be the fastest speed wr but he will catch passes with minimal dropped balls. His speed will get to a higher level, just not there yet. I build my players my way as I don't use a "formula". I am also not a news to GLB. I had one of my wrs win his conference mvp. He is now retired. I have had a cb lead his conference in ints (double digits) two years in a row and was second twice. These two did this without having speed over 130.
