I searched, could not find anything - hope you guys can help. Is there a way to control when/if my team punts in a casual league? At rookie I find that punting is pretty much never a good idea (26 yd punt, 14 yd return, yippee) but I don't know how to disable it. TIA.

don't use a punter (maybe a WR or something) and go for max hangtime. punts will be too short to be returned which should eliminate 90% of your TD return issues.

Hey, my Rookie team has the same 26 yard average. Pretty average for a Rookie team in Casual actually.
I think your giving up so many TD's on returns just may be your ST. I'm just sayin' ... and no offense meant at all.
CPU's aren't really a good fill in for a well built STOP.
Sorry... one more thing, your team is mostly Non Boosting.... Has a lot to do with what's happening to y'all.

This ^^^. As a ST coach, nothing burns my a$$ more than a punter that can only punt the damn ball 15 yards... but it takes 5 minutes to come down. Zogenlots of fair catches and little chance of returns. HOWEVER... if ever your returner (or those returning against you) manage to catch the ball while moving towards the endzone, they can quickly blow pass the tacklers and then it's bye-bye baby. Doesn't happen often... but you can't stop it when it does.
