I've heard that agility/jumping can have a small affect on some of the accuracy rolls for kicks and field goals.
Just curious on opinions if anyone has seen an affect from slightly higher agility/jumping and what the consensus is for those atts on a kicker.

Agility: How agile is this player? Agility will help your K accelerate more quickly and lose less speed when changing direction. When kicking, agility will help improve your K's mechanics a bit, improving his accuracy.

Jumping: How high can you jump? Jumping will help your K perform diving tackles vs a kick returner, and may add a bit of distance to kicks.

The only reason to put any points into Agility or Jumping on a Kicker is if you are absolutely OUT of other things to put points into.

Kicking, Vision, Strength, Confidence and Stamina are all WAY more important, as are the SAs.

^ I would not put Stamina above Agility/Jump on a kicker..... unless the kicker is uncommonly fast.

Eh, I'd quibble with that, but not vociferously.

Of the 5 attributes I listed, Stamina is certainly a distant #5 behind the other 4, that's for sure.

That's not what I said. Pay attention.

Accuracy is WAY more important than Stamina. Duh.

However, the effect of Agility on accuracy is tiny, whereas being tired has a significant effect on all your attributes -- including Kicking, Vision, and Confidence. Kickers are on the Kickoff team, of course, and that does drain your energy.

It's a small difference either way... if you put Agility at #5 instead of Stamina, you'll probably be just fine. I just prefer Stamina there.

My main point is that if you're putting Agility or Jumping any higher than Kicking, Strength, Vision or Confidence, you're definitely doing it wrong.

so belittling answers are how you treat people asking a question? No wonder some of us stay out of the forums. Get over your fragile ego and just answer the simple fucking question.

Maybe I mis-understood the attitude behind your question then. I thought it was asked sarcastically, but if not, my apologies.

Yeah, but then I followed that with a needlessly stentorian response.

Maybe I'm just too garrulous sometimes.
