Is there a forum where I can post that I'm looking for coordinators? I have tried for a while now in my teams forum.

^mainly because there isn't much from an incentive front to coordinate a random team
My attitude with team ownership is that you better be willing to coordinate yourself. Unless you're an uber elite or are friends with someone willing to put in the time, finding quality coordinators is going to be a lost cause.

Create time machine and go back to 2008 before a handful of agents convinced Bort that ultra complicated AIs was what every one wanted.

Yeah, I typically run my O, D, and STs.

Really not that complicated when you get the hang of it and already have the basics covered. And if it is fun and not a job then it can be rewarding if you have the dots to play in your "system"

When it becomes work you must step back. Unless you are one of the type that enjoy work.
I mean, to be really good at OC or DC, you have to put in some "work" but if it becomes like a job then just quit lol

Amen. When I used to OC, I had an A.I. that would attack weaknesses in the defense with a bit of borderline spam penalty thrown in to exploit things, but the problem is I'd have to radically change up my offense every game (unless it was a creampuff opp) to not only exploit new things, but to keep DC's guessing. Post-game, I then would type a few paragraphs on the team forum on what went wrong and right. I'd also encourage members to vote on a "player of the game" and even created a team website. No, I am not shitting you.

I took this shit very seriously. Took me a few seasons before I realized I could be doing something more productive with my life and that my owner wasn't as enthusiastic as I was. He sold the team, and I was left like a fool. Go figure.

should only coordinate for people you know or are referred to. i only OC for myself since i suck but i also know i wont sell my team so i dont have to worry about wasting my time. i also OC for one other team but thats just until they hit reg pro or something.

The best WL coordinators are on cruise control through the regular season - if you are good enough, it is actually less work (until the playoffs)
(note - not putting myself in that category lol)

snakes22 would disagree with you, but he's too busy gameplanning for his next game.
