I don't think you should have 127 tokens at level 20. Did you 30% enhance your top 4 attributes? Are you multi training? You really should wait til level 31 minimum to shop for AE and I would not use more than 5 rolls to shop and if you dont find what you want than wait til level 41 as you will get more options.
