My rQBs tend to only get hit on diving tackles...... Should I incorporate jumping somewhere?

My gut says probably not, unless you're planning to add the Hurdle SA to your build. And even then...
I dunno, though, some people swear by putting Jumping on their Speed HBs.
If someone smarter than me comes along and says otherwise, you should probably listen to them over me. But until they get here, I'm gonna stick with my gut and say no.

any running back should train up jumping some
returners and elusive backs especially - and most rushing QB's are built like elusive HB's

Only reason I'd hesitate is because points in Jumping are points that aren't in something else -- Speed, Agility, Strength, Carrying, Stamina, Vision.
Of course, there's only so high you can take those other attributes. I suppose it couldn't hurt to take some points out of Stamina or Vision to put into Jumping instead, though again, if you're going to do that, I would think it would make the Hurdle SA more important too.

How high does it need to be, though? I've seen speed-HBs do just fine in WL with 16-25 Jumping. They didn't seem to get a lot of hurdles, of course, but they had other ways of breaking tackles and getting solid yards.
I guess that's the fun part about GLB though... more than one way to skin a cat.

I guess that's easy enough to accomplish, then.

There is a fine line between doing just fine and being great.

I agree. I would rather lose two points in speed to get 20 points in jumping, and that is the equivalent of training to 98 instead of to 100. Obviously there's other places you can sacrifice, and depending on your build, probably better places.
I'm just saying as an example of places you could easily get some more jumping.
