Yes, only newly coming point will be auto assigned.

no, leveled from 41 to 42, so shouldn't be any restriction. and VA was at 6 and should have gone to 7... so guessing that

now wait a minute...when/how do they earn VAs points if not at rollover... VA points don't come from games, just daily, right?
that is, how could it be possible for a dot with auto-level engaged to have unspent points? thinking more now that this was a bug of some kind

Or you hit 15. Or you reset your VA points in the off season.
