Other than just waiting for the contract to expire.

I created a Rookie dot and jumped on a CPU team this off-season. The team was bought by someone who shortly afterward went inactive. It's a Rookie team and he's getting solid playing time, so I'm not stressing too bad about it but it would be nice if I could get him on a team that actually has a chance of winning a few games....

They have to be gone a full 15 days. If you want out, you have to contact support and if he's not back on day 15, the team will go CPU

I am not going to be inactive for more then 13 days, just hang in there until we get to the Pro's, then we will win games. I promise.

Can't hurt to contact Support anyway. Worst that will happen is they'll tell you "wait until 15 days." But since you signed on when the team was still CPU before it got bought, they might let you out early.

Heck, can't you release yourself anyway when a CPU team changes owners? Or has that window already closed for your dot?

That's the way I remember it. You had like 24 hours after it was bought to bail if you wanted to. That's evidently been changed. I had been looking for way since it was bought. No luck.

HEY! Dub, what's up, man! Good to see you again. How's everything going?

You wouldn't be needing a LOT in about 6 days, would you??
