Any way to convert SPs into BTs??

give me an example of when you would actually convert an SP to BTs?

Under the current system you wouldn't.
If you could make the conversion, though, aaasahi is right. You would probably see people switch to light training early to maximize BT to convert to SP and push caps earlier than you can today. Then at the end of the build switch back since attributes will be where they need to be much sooner.

When at you final boosts you are a few BT away from leveling up AE because you misdcalculated

Then the simple solution is to make it a one-or-the-other situation. If you swap out BT's for SP's then you lose the ability to swap out SP's for BT's (and vise-versa). This would make builders STICK to quality build plans but still have options and leave the system un-exploitable.
