Yup, if it was a free player, it boosted automatically, and those boosts are last seasons boosts, so you'll still be able to boost for playoffs if that's what you choose to do, this season.

Explanation for this was in the news letter Bort Emails once a month.. If you dont get the Emails, go to profile and change your Email preference..
