You have to wait for the season to roll over. It's still Day 48 of the old season.
Once it's Day -8 of the new season (Monday), you'll be able to boost.

If your Suggestion is to be able to boost prior to the season rolling over, perhaps you should update your OP to make it clearer what you're suggesting. Right now, it looks like you're saying nobody can boost in Pee Wee at all, which simply isn't true.
