Whenever an Agent accepts a contract/GM offer (1 time only),

there should be a customizable welcome message that is automatically PMd to the agent.

In it, there can be whatever the Owner wants,

it can be links to important threads to get the agent/gm up and running,
or important deadlines. etc.

I agree with CN on this one. I make a Thread in my Team's forum (unless we are doing a dropdown and restarting) with the
Agents name and usually a link for the Dot too. Always have
