Preseason

Preseason is counted as the regular season as far as chemistry penalties apply.

Nowhere in there does it say that Scrims are subject to Chem Hits "before the season starts" tho.

What about tournament scrims in the middle of the season?

Chemistry is off for preseason and tourney games, and i havent found it yet but im almost positive all scrimms too... morale based bonuses are on though.

If chemistry is not in effect for scrimmages and tournament games, then why do players on low chemistry teams hit exactly the same marks for top speed in those games as they do in regular season games?

I have not really looked at chemistry functions in a long time. Maybe it's buggy and is affecting them? I'll have to look through and see.

That's the most recent answer that comes up, and it was from June 2011. So...?

At one point that guy time trial posted a scrim he had when his chemistry was at 10s and the next day when his chem was reset to 70s and there was a huge difference.

Either streaky fired poorly on every player in the first game and well on the second game, or the chem did make a difference.
