Just a crazy idea but when you have auto adjust set to "0" and your defensive settings for blitz set to "0" and your shallow zone settings set to "0" it would be cool if the sim stopped running shallow zone blitzes.

Still oughta file a bug ticket.
And even if it's Casual, it's still possible you just have something screwed up somewhere... which is actually another reason to file a bug ticket, because the bugs moderators will investigate that possibility for you. If they find you made a mistake, great! They'll help you fix it. If not, then hey, it's a bug!
