Warrior General Games

What are some good end builds for:

Speedster WR
Possession WR
Power WR

What should I look for and what should I avoid in building these WRs.

Speedster:

155+ speed
80+ agility
85+ catching
10 or more first step, quick cut, juke, catch fake. Possibly HF too.
2 Catch ball %'s at least. Possibly some fake % pieces.

If the guy plays slot use the poss arch for a similar venture minus Quick Cut, more First Step (make up for the penalty), and then adding in RR and SH.

Possession:

Very large discrepancy here...really all depends on how the OC is going to use them. 100 catching more or imo regardless of how he is built. Probably 80+ jumping too.

Power:

Go heavy for weight (just my opinion as of late)
140+ speed
90+/80+ carrying and strength
80+ catching
2 catch ball %'s
2 break tackle %'s
Make use of Spin and/or Lower the Shoulder
rest could be highly debated really.

This is something I have always had a little confusion with,
seems like the common theme around everyones Power WRs is to go a lot of strength,
is that really necessary? Or will %break tackle and agility moves the way to go, leaving strength at 1st or 2nd cap.

you could leave strength at first or second cap but he won't do much in this day and age. Back when defenders didn't have superior ALG's and so many SP's to work with you could get away with things like that.

So what do you suggest to do with strength?

Also what do you think is a solid end speed for Possession WRs.

as i said in my first response...there is a large discrepancy here for builds. I personally like to see a guy go for speed 140's but there are guys who like less than 100 speed.

Ah fair enough.

Do poss. WRs use more vision?>

Edit: possesion WRs

another widely debated subject. Fake WR's almost could use more vision though.

eh whatever you can fit really. i generally do about 60 or so on all my WR's.

Side note: the above are some super low targets. With good building techniques you can hit the following for your top 4 attributes with relative ease:

100+
90+
85+
75+

done that with the builder - the 65 could be higher but I chose to get a few in the low 60's
