Not saying it should be like this. But if we could get something similar to this.

While looking for replacements, I went to the forum and scrolled through three pages.
Positions are helpful, However, I think that if it went by Leagues, it would be a lot easier for a team owner, and or Agent to find what he is looking for.

Potential Problems:
Would be agents accidentally posting in the wrong forum.

Have the Forum set up something like this.

If your Player is Age: 0 - 40
If your Player is Age: 41 - 80
If your Player is Age: 61 - 120
If your Player is Age: 101-160
If your Player is Age: 141-200
If your Player is Age: 181-240
If your Player is age: 221 +

I think with a Format, Something like this, would really help the Leagues look for their Dot!

That forums needs to be killed so people are forced to use the marketplace, because if they can't advertise in the forum they will have to use the marketplace, and the marketplace already has most of the features people need when searching for recruits including age.

Sure you can. Within x amount of days of the end of the contract. Forget the number. Have a RB on the marketplace at the moment who is still under contract.

I've always tried it straight from the Market place.. Never tried the individual..

Even an improved Market place would be cool.
