Anyway to allow home team in playoffs @ least 1st round to hold promotion?

I'm not sure I understand your question. However, maybe this will help.

For home playoff teams from Rookie to Semi-Pro, home teams can buy a promotion for playoff games. You have to go in and set it tho, and it will come out of your team funds (but should be more than offset by your playoff revenue.

For Regional Pro, National Pro, and World League, the home team automatically gets the Nacho promotion free of cost. However, they do not get playoff revenue.

I've never spent any time in Pee Wee. I assume it is the same as Rookie, but I don't really know.
